Get the look: oversized tunic shirt and jeans

In recent months, I've been gravitating toward the simple things, and it sounds like you have been too, because this month's most-pinned look from my Outfit ideas for ageless style Pinterest board is pretty classic—with a twist. The top is slightly exaggerated, the jeans are basic (but fit well), but the accessories are what make this one really stand out. (Spoiler alert: they don't come cheap.) Here's how to get the look.

I have a feeling that the woman in the photo is wearing an Acne Studios top, but, amazingly, I was able to find this Topshop version at a much more affordable $68. The oversized fit is key, but an extra-long back tail is what really makes this tunic so dramatic. (It's almost sold out at Topshop, but here it is in white and black.)

You can wear the tunic with any old skinny jeans (and the skinny part is key), but if you want a ripped, frayed look just like this pair, then these Paige Verdugo jeans (part of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale through 8/30) are the way to go.

I knew right away that this was a Bottega Veneta bag—I'd recognize that intrecciato anywhere. The glory of splurging on a gorgeous, intricately constructed bag like this is that it's literally impossible to knock off, hence why I'm linking to the original twist clutch

Also surprisingly hard to find in knockoff version: these neon pink Balenciaga knife pumps. The severely angled heel is what makes these so unique, and while they're probably a bit higher than what I'd wear nowadays, they're gorgeous nonetheless.

Back to the more affordable side of things, I think the woman in the photo might be wearing YSL sunglasses, but this winged Balmain style has a very similar shape at a much more palatable price.

Wow, so simple yet chic! I recently bought a loose chambray shirt so will try something like this. Sans those gorgeous heels, however. :(
