Sample Sale of the Week: LF Stores

If LF Stores were a blogger, they'd be Rumi Neely of fashiontoast: trendy, with a rocker-girl persona mixed with a carefree bohemian spirit. And, indeed, she often cites the store as a favorite place to shop. It's one of the best sources of crazy high Jeffrey Campbell platforms, but LF also stocks a healthy assortment  of trendy separates and accessories. Truth be told, it's a slightly more mature, refined version of Forever 21, with prices that are likewise slightly elevated. So I tend to stick to their twice-yearly sales, when prices go to 60% off retail--and, yes, that includes shoes. I'm going to hit the Flatiron location to stock up cool-girl statement pieces to supplement my Fashion Week wardrobe; additional stores include Soho and Cobble Hill. The sale generally runs through the end of February; click here for store locations.
